Role in Nutshell

We are seeking a talented Marketing Strategy Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and solving marketing and growth challenges, designing strategic initiatives, and leveraging content as one of the key drivers to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver with excellent analytical and research skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Identify marketing challenges, uncover growth opportunities, and design strategic solutions using research, data, and cross-functional collaboration.
Develop and execute experiments to validate hypotheses, measure impact, and scale winning initiatives.
Create well-structured content strategies (blogs, guides, landing pages, and campaign assets) aligned with broader business goals.
Collaborate with designers, developers, marketers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to inform decision-making and strengthen strategic plans.
Simplify complex technical topics to make them accessible for a broader audience.
Track, measure, and analyze campaign and content performance, and provide actionable recommendations for optimisation.

Desired Skills & Experience

Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in marketing, strategy, or product-adjacent roles, ideally in B2B SaaS.
Proven ability to solve complex problems, think strategically, and execute with attention to detail.
Strong content strategy and creation skills for technical audiences.
Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams.
Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and content marketing principles.
Excellent command of written English with strong grammar, structure, and storytelling skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
