About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team in Bangalore. In this role, you will design and manage automation strategies that enhance customer engagement, optimize lead generation, and support sales conversion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teamssales, product, and analyticsto deliver seamless omnichannel customer journeys and measurable business outcomes.

This is a high-impact role with opportunities to work on cutting-edge marketing technologies, ABM strategies, and enterprise-level campaigns while contributing to NCG’s mission of delivering exceptional value to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the setup, configuration, and management of marketing automation platforms (Apollo, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Create and optimize end-to-end nurture campaigns tailored for C-suite executives and decision-makers.
Drive omnichannel marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, web, and other platforms.
Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and recommend data-driven improvements to boost ROI.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging, ensure high-quality lead handoffs, and accelerate deal cycles.
Stay updated with the latest marketing automation trends and tools, implementing innovative solutions to improve efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile

3–6 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, preferably in a B2B SaaS or IT services environment.
Strong expertise in Apollo, HubSpot, Mailchimp (certifications preferred).
Proven track record of executing lead nurturing, drip campaigns, and ABM strategies.
Solid understanding of buyer journeys and complex B2B sales cycles.
Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking & optimization.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
