Job Title: Sales & Marketing Engineer
Division: TBWES-OEM

Department: Sales & Marketing
Qualification: B.E/B. Tech Mechanical/Electrical

Reporting To: Team Lead Sales

Location: Pune, Energy House

Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing of Boilers.
On receipt of inquiry, ensure that basic data required for preparing the proposal is available.
Study and review the tender specification and help pre order team in preparing C&Ds.
Prepare C&Ds on Commercial documents along with vendor list and scope of supply.
Coordinate with different departments in ensuring timely submission of accurate technical and commercial proposal.
Review the technical and commercial documents submitted by Pre order team and conduct thorough review of them.
Conduct a detailed comparison of technical and commercial documents with reference to past data to arrive at accurate and competitive offering.
Request for specification of bought out items like ESP, AHS, Erection etc from pre order team and generate back up quotes from vendors.
Schedule and attend technical closure meeting with customer, consultant.
Coordinate with Estimation team in generating commercial proposal.
Closure of all commercial terms and conditions with customer.
Achieve targets as per Annual Business Plan.
Track and report sales and marketing activities.
Analyse and report market trends.
Market mapping and tracking competition.
Engage in techno-commercial discussions with clients,consultants, EPC contractors for business development.
Critical Competencies for the Job:

Product / Application Knowledge of Capital equipments.
Knowledge of Boiler and Heater (preferred).
Ability to work in Team.
Understand engineering drawings, P&ID’s, documentation procedure.
Networking and interpersonal skills.
Result oriented.
Proficient in verbal and written communication.
Analytical skills.
Open to travel for business requirements
