What you’ll do
Role & responsibilities
National sales manager in Pharmaceutical Company – Meeting with Genecology drs & generating sales
Responsibilities:
Managing end-to-end sales operations; managing annual turnover; expanding business
Proactively identifying changes in market demand, modifying strategies for expansion of market share & achievement of
revenue targets
Devising business plan & sales strategy to produce sustained growth in terms of value, volume and market share
Introducing new products & concepts; bringing out USPs of all products
Creating innovative marketing plans; organizing events & promotional activities such as CMEs, Workshops, Camps & Patient
Education Program for market development and to improve product visibility
Building strong relations with local doctors, corporate (s) and institutions for promotion of hospital & its
services
Controlling stocks & inventory at C&F, distributors and retailers ‘end
Ensuring effective hiring, orientation, training, development and retention of Sales & Marketing staff
Preferred candidate profile
Segment – Genecology portfolio Mumbai
Age -50yrs
CTC:Upto 40Lac
Ideal candidates should possess current experience in the Gynae portfolio as NSM or equivalent.
