What you’ll do
Role & responsibilities
Lead and support SAP FICO module implementation and configuration in S/4HANA environments.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
Configure and customize SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing).
Integrate FICO with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting.
Prepare functional specifications for custom developments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Train end-users and prepare documentation.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO.
At least 1 full-cycle implementation experience in SAP S/4HANA.
Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
Proficiency in SAP configuration and integration.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field. SAP FICO certification is a plus.
