What you’ll do
JD for the Maintenance Manager for LED TV Assembly Plant:

Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Location: Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh

Department: Maintenance
Reports To: Plant Head / Operations Head

Educational Qualification:

Four Year B. Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
OR
Three-year full-time Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering

Experience & Preferred Background:

Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience in electronic manufacturing environment.
Hands-on expertise in maintaining PLC driven semi-automated assembly lines, electrical & electronic systems, Utilities, and plant infrastructure.
Strong preference for Ex-Armed Forces professionals (particularly from the EME Corps) with proven experience in managing technical equipment, preventive maintenance, and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities:

Assembly Line & Equipment Maintenance

Take up, lead and execute the projects for optimizing the assembly line functioning and operations.
Lead the team to ensure smooth functioning of LED TV semi-automated assembly lines.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of assembly machinery, testing equipment, conveyors, and tools.
Minimize downtime and enhance machine availability.

Utilities & Plant Infrastructure

Oversee operation and maintenance of supporting utilities: HVAC systems, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Compressors, Power Distribution Panels, DG sets, and Lighting systems.
Ensure uninterrupted utility support to production operations.

Maintenance Planning & Execution

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Maintain records of breakdowns, repairs, and spare part consumption.
Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for critical machinery support.

Team Leadership

Lead and guide a team of electricians, technicians, and maintenance staff.
Impart training on safe operation and troubleshooting techniques.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure adherence to Electrical Safety Standards, ISO, and statutory compliance.
Implement safety protocols and conduct regular audits.

Continuous Improvement

Drive initiatives to reduce breakdown frequency, energy consumption, and maintenance costs.
Introduce best practices from armed forces-style discipline and reliability in plant upkeep.
