What you’ll do
Roles and Responsibilities

Manage possession activities, including planning, coordination, and execution of possession events.
Ensure timely completion of possession tasks within budget constraints.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, maintenance) and external vendors (e.g., contractors).
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
Develop and maintain accurate records of possession schedules, budgets, and expenses.
To ensure Smooth and Hassle free possession activity to achieve customer satisfaction and Adherence to possession process.
Adhering to the process laid by the Company for handing over the apartment including possession letter signing, Society papers, checklists
Inspection of flats for interior deposit refund.
