What you’ll do

Role

Pre- Sales Manager( 6 to 12 Years)

Job Description

1. Oversee and mentor inside sales representatives by providing coaching, training, and conducting regular performance evaluations.

2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans, set and track sales targets, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.

3. Manage the entire sales process, including lead qualification, pipeline management, and accurate sales reporting.

4. Foster and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

5. Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

6. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales productivity and efficiency.

7. Responsible for handling key geographies, including North America, Europe, and APAC

Desired Profile/ Required Skills.

1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

2. Proven experience in sales, preferably with a focus on inside sales or related roles.

3. Strong ability to analyze sales data to identify trends and business opportunities.

4. Experience working with CRM systems.

5. Outstanding academic record.

6. High energy levels and a strong passion for their work.

7. Demonstrated team handling and leadership skills.

8. Preferably, experience from the E-learning Industry/ Lead generation Company/ IT industry
