What you’ll do
Position Purpose

Premium Credit Card Sales Manager will be responsible to drive acquisition of the Banks premium card portfolio. The role requires strong relationship building, consultative selling and an ability to deliver a differentiated experience to high value customers (Ultra HNI/HNI, professionals, entrepreneurs and affluent segments)

Position Responsibilities

New Acquisition and Sales

– Acquire premium cards through direct channels, referrals and partner /corporate tie-ups.

– Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets with focus on quality sourcing (NTB, High spend profiles)

– Educate customers on onboarding and unique benefits(travel, lifestyle, concierge, rewards and value proposition

Relationship Management

– Build long term relationships with premium customers acting as their primary point of contact

– Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities ( loans, wealth, insurance etc)

– Generate leads through networking, referral, events, corporates and wealth partners

Customer Experience

– Deliver a seamless onboarding journey and ensure first time activation and spend

– Coordinate with operations, KYC, and premium service team to ensure zero defect sourcing

– Promote premium services such as concierge, global lounge access, travel desk etc.

– Deliver a professional, well-informed experience to clients, ensuring accurate and complete information is provided at the first touchpoint.

– Issue Resolution: Address customer queries, complaints, and service requests promptly, adhering to defined turnaround times and escalation protocols.
