What you’ll do
Recruitment Manager
-bulk hiring expertise in Oil & Gas, Mining and Civil.
-Large-scale projects, team leadership
-planning and executing large recruitment drives
-building a robust talent pipeline
-enhancing recruitment strategies

Required Candidate profile

-Minimum 10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
-Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS systems, and social media platforms for sourcing.
