What you’ll do
Regional Manager – LATAM and Regional Manager- Europe

1. Headquarters- Chennai

2. Age – Preferably around 35 -45 years (Could be relaxed for a deserving candidate)

3. Qualifications- B.Sc/ M.Sc / B. Pharm/ M. Pharm
Non-science candidates could be considered if all other parameters are OK

Desirable: MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute

4. Job Knowledge

Working knowledge of Pharma Sales in Export market, especially in LATAM AND Europe region.
Sound knowledge of Pharma Field Sales Management.

Development of Sales Channel Partner such as, Dealers, Distributors, and Agents Etc., through online searches in countries allotted for Business Management, especially in LATAM region.
Knowledge of Recruitment of appropriate personnel through effective identification in the field.
Development of New and Existing Territories and Teams, in international Pharma export.
Working Knowledge of Business Development and New Product Development, especially in LATAM region.
Effective Backend Management of Pharma Export Business.
5. Skills

Essential: Effective administrator of productive field sales management techniques, focussed towards Pharma Brand Building
Management and Growth of business, by improved effectiveness and efficacy in field sales management resulting in sustained growth of Business Productivity.
Proven success in Business Negotiation, online, evidenced through effective Pharma export back-office Management.
Identification and management of new Business opportunities, online.
Desirable: Ability to make business presentations, train on product and medical knowledge, participate in medical meetings, through online mechanisms.

6. Experience around 10+ years of experience in Pharma exports business, with at least 2-3 yrs. of Regional management experience.
Preferred if Candidate has at least 3-5 years of corporate Management experience in Pharma export.
Preferred: Stability of around 3-5years in each of the earlier assignments.

8. Leading a team of country managers, and local team in 2 to 3 countries at international level, preferably, LATAM / Europe region.

9. Language skills- Able to speak Spanish(for LATAM)
