What you’ll do
Position Title: Regional Manager (West) FI Sales
Location: [Mumbai]
Department: Sales – Financial Inclusion
Reports To: National Sales Head

Role Overview:

The Regional Manager – FI Sales will be responsible for leading FIA’s Financial Inclusion business in the assigned region. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, expanding FIA’s presence, managing profitability, and building a strong network of customer service points (CSPs). The role demands both business acumen and people leadership, with a focus on achieving sustainable growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth
Drive revenue growth and business expansion across the assigned region.
Strengthen and scale FIA’s CSP (Customer Service Point) network.
Explore opportunities for cross-selling digital products, hardware solutions, and new services.
Profitability & Compliance
Manage regional P&L ensuring healthy margins.
Ensure compliance with partner banks and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor operational efficiency and control revenue leakages.
Impact & Network Strengthening
Promote sustainable livelihood opportunities through CSP productivity.
Enhance financial access in rural and semi-urban markets.
Increase digital adoption of FIA’s financial and payment solutions.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of State Heads, Territory Managers, and field executives.
Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and performance excellence.
Build capability and ensure high engagement across the team.
What We Are Looking For

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.
10–12 years of proven experience in Sales, with exposure to Financial Inclusion, BC Business, Banking, or Fintech.
Strong experience in channel management, partner bank relationship management, and regional business leadership.
Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and deliver business growth.
Excellent people management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
