What you’ll do
Designation: Executive – Client Servicing
Payroll: Aapt Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd.
Job Location: BKC, Mumbai
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver the revenue plan of for your region and to support the team in achieving the revenue target by servicing the customers and collecting documents on time, follow up with customers (without sales involvement).
To service the customers and collect documents on time, follow up with customers (without sales involvement), managing the online MIS with minimal % of errors for smooth flow of information between the Ops and CS team.
To work towards ensuring that CBIG Customers have a good experience of working with D&B throughout. Also, get confirmation from the client on the Report Acceptance, Hard Copy Dispatch and procure
Testimonials wherein Hard Copy is to be dispatched.
To work closely with Clients, Sales team and Operations team and act as the link to ensure the process functions smoothly.
Timely and accurate updating of the online MIS
Keeping a tab on the inventory of the region at all times.
Gauging the revenue for the month against the target and raise red flags wherein concern is seen.
Ad hoc tasks shared by the Head of Department Team Collaboration
Building knowledge on the assigned process to be a Subject matter expert in that area.
Leading review calls with Head of department, Ops team and sharing updates on inventory cases and highlighting risks if any.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate in any stream with similar work experience of at least 2-4 years.
Preferably someone who has sound knowledge of Financials and rating agency background.
The candidate should preferably have experience in coordinating with senior management like CFO, CXO, MD etc.
Being grounded in ethics and integrity while communicating with leaders and peers. Should consider the impact of their traits and actions.
Responsiveness towards email requests, meeting invites etc. should be as prompt.
Ownership & Approach on owning the task is critical hence imperative to ensure task completion within acceptable timelines.
Proficient in MS Office suite- Excel, Power point etc.
Out of box thinking to solve problems faced and have a structure in place to ensure no lapse.
Willingness to work from the office five days a week, with flexibility to extend working hours during high demand periods.
Strong client orientation, with the ability to understand, manage, and exceed client expectations consistently.
