Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Mumbai & Bangalore
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Work Mode: 5 days from office
Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B corporate sales (BFSI, Fintech, SaaS background preferred). The ideal candidate is street-smart, articulate, and passionate about building pipelines and driving business growth.
As an SDR you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and engaging with senior decision-makers to generate business opportunities for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Spearhead enterprise lead generation and build a strong, qualified sales pipeline.
Prospect, qualify, and engage high-value decision-makers via multi-channel outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn, events).
Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment of messaging and go-to-market strategy.
Identify new business opportunities and support upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
Contribute to designing and improving the SDR process to enable scalable operations.
Maintain accurate records of activities in CRM and deliver regular reports on pipeline progress.
Preferred candidate profile
1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales development/lead generation, preferably in BFSI, Fintech, or SaaS domains.
Strong communication, articulation, and prospecting skills.
A street-smart, self-motivated individual with a knack for engaging CXO-level decision-makers.
Educational background: B.Tech or BBA + MBA.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ownership and accountability.
