What you’ll do
Role & responsibilities

The Executive – Sales is responsible for supporting the sales team in lead generation, client communication, proposal preparation, and CRM management. The role focuses on converting prospects into clients, following up on leads, and ensuring data accuracy in sales reporting. The position works closely with the Assistant Manager – Sales and contributes directly to achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries
Manage inbound inquiries and qualify leads for further engagement
Maintain and update Zoho CRM with lead information, interactions, and pipeline status
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and pricing documents
Schedule and coordinate client meetings, product demos, and follow-ups
Support in achieving sales targets through effective lead tracking and follow-ups
Collaborate with internal teams for proposal execution and service coordination
Assist in preparing sales reports and performance dashboards
Gather and document client feedback for continuous improvement
Represent the company in events and exhibitions when required

Technical Skills:

Working knowledge of Zoho CRM for sales tracking
Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead qualification
Familiarity with proposal preparation and client communication
Awareness of market trends in solar PV, energy, and industrial services

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and follow-up discipline
Good negotiation and persuasion skills
Time management and multi-tasking abilities
Problem-solving mindset for handling client queries
Interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams
Presentation skills for client engagements
