Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience in solar, wind, hybrid projects.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Head.

Qualifications & requirement:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field (Master Degree preferred)
Deep understanding of renewable energy technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
Exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and a commitment to promoting sustainable energy solutions.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Roles & Responsibilities: –

Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives in the renewable energy sector.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, potential opportunities, and competitive threats within the renewable energy industry.
Proactively identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including project development, joint ventures, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality proposals, bids, and tender responses to secure new business opportunities and contracts.
Negotiate favourable terms and conditions with clients, partners, and suppliers to maximize profitability and mitigate risks.
Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the business development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Collaborate closely with other departments, including engineering, finance, legal, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development activities, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, while also identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with business development activities.
