What you’ll do
Sales Lead / Consultant – IT Sales (Hardware)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of IT hardware solutions, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse business clients. This role operates on a fixed salary + incentive model, offering significant growth opportunities for motivated individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development: Its a field sales jon with occassional reporting required at the office.
Identify and approach potential clients, including SMEs, startups, B2B, B2C, co-working spaces, and resellers.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Present and demonstrate IT hardware solutions to potential clients, highlighting their value and ROI.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on the right IT hardware solutions.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess satisfaction and identify additional opportunities.
Market Analysis & Collaboration:
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor product offerings and ensure seamless service delivery.
Partner with resellers and other channels to expand market reach.
Incentive-Driven Performance:
Meet or exceed sales quotas to maximize earning potential through the incentive model.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generated.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in IT hardware or a related industry.
Strong knowledge of IT hardware solutions, including computers, servers, networking equipment, and peripherals.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse clients and internal teams.
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
