We are currently seeking a dynamic, energetic, and results-driven Sales Manager from India to lead and execute our sales strategy. In this key role, you will work with highly confidential information, foster strong customer relationships, and drive sustainable business growth.

???? Key Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to ensure retention.
· Reconnect with previous customers and nurture relationships.
· Provide regular sales performance reports and industry trends to management.
· Cross-sell our range of services.
· Attend meetings and represent the company professionally.
· Support and coordinate with the operations team.

???? Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development.
· Minimum 10 years of experience in the maritime industry. (Operations experience also considered).
· Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
· Excellent command of English (written & spoken).
· Experience in using a CRM

· Energetic, enthusiastic, and integrity-driven personality.
