Our flagship initiative, the Ceramic & Bath Industry Show (CBIS), is the only dedicated exhibition in India for ceramic tiles, sanitaryware, bath fittings, and natural stone. Our unique strength lies in promoting Indian trade by connecting top international importers with leading domestic dealers, distributors, architects, builders, and developers. Position: Business Development(B2B Sales)

Location: Mumbai (Andheri West)

About the Role:

As our Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and maximizing exhibitor participation in our diverse portfolio of trade shows and events. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying leads to closing deals and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

* Exhibition Space Selling: Actively find and approach new clients to sell exhibition space. Meet potential exhibitors in person, attend trade events, and use your network to generate leads. Convince them to book the best available booths by clearly explaining the benefits of participating in our show.

* Sales Presentation: Clearly communicate the value of the exhibition to decision-makers. Explain how being part of the event can help them grow their brand, reach new customers, and gain market visibility.

* Negotiation and Deal Closing: Discuss pricing and booth packages with clients. Aim to close sales with win-win outcomes that benefit both the exhibitor and the company.

* Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals and work consistently to improve performance month by month. Focus on bringing in revenue through booth bookings and sponsorship deals.

* Client Relationship Management: Build and keep strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Understand what they need and ensure they are happy throughout the sales and event process.

* Sales Reporting: Keep track of all sales activity, client interactions, and deal status. Share regular updates and reports with the sales head or manager.

* On-Site Support (Sales-Focused): Be present during the exhibition to support your clients, resolve last-minute issues, and ensure a smooth experience helping strengthen long-term partnerships.
