What you’ll do
Lead sales and business development of electro-mechanical capital equipment products
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Identify and engage potential customers, including OEMs and key players in industries like automobile, power generation, and general engineering.
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and market conditions to stay competitive and adapt sales strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams for product demos, technical support, and customer service to ensure a smooth sales experience.
Provide detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management.
Conduct extensive travel within the region to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.
