About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Software Sales Manager to drive business growth for Lumion, a leading 3D rendering software for the architectural, engineering, and design community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales, an understanding of the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry, and the ability to develop and manage client relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for Lumion software in the Indian market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architectural firms, interior designers, urban planners, and visualisation studios.
Understand client requirements and present suitable Lumion solutions through demos, presentations, and consultations.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams to support pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential areas of expansion.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Prepare regular reports and forecasts on sales performance and pipeline activity.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or Engineering.
4 to 8 years of experience in software sales, preferably in AEC-related software.
Strong understanding of software integrations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
