What you’ll do
Urgent opening for the profile of Sales & Marketing Manager (API) at location Thane(w).
Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred)B Pharma/ B.SC chemistry with MBA / PG in sales and Marketing
Experience: 8+ years of experience selling technical solutions (APIs, middleware, SaaS, integration platforms)
JOB Description:-
To develop Intermediates/API orex-pharma related business across all over India .
To carry out all activities related to Marketing of Intermediates/API/ bio-pharma products ,Techno commercial negotiations & finalization of orders, Achieving sale targets, New customer development, Attending customers new inquiries n response in time to the inquiries.
Candidate will be responsible for marketing and accomplishing sales within the office and movement outside office or on field will be based on requirement.
Candidate must have minimum experiencein Marketing and are able to realize business efficiently.
Should be a good influencer with convincing and communication skill.
Meeting sales targets monthly / yearly as confirmed by the company
authorities
To ensure that company’s corporate policies and marketing strategies must be followed & implemented in a timely manner.
Maintain database of new clients & payment due of clients & Payment follow up through mail/phones
Efficient in managing existing businesses and customers portfolio.
Candidate should be well versed in English and familiar with operation of computer
Manage & co-ordinate with logistics and inspection agency for logistic
and quality control
Proactive and flexible to work in any demanding timeline environment.
Ability to arrange personal meeting for the product promotion
Experience in inter-departmental co-ordination to ensure meeting of budgeted sales in the region.
Demonstrates working knowledge of pharma, chemical industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel/Word and other MS office applications
Team management, interpersonal relationship management skills
Leadership & Negotiation skills
