Job Title: Sales Manager Home Loans / Housing Loans / Loan Against Property (LAP)
Channel: DSA, Direct
Location: Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur
Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and managing customers for Home Loans, Housing Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP). The role involves generating leads through various channels, building strong customer relationships, coordinating with internal teams for processing, and ensuring achievement of monthly targets. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in retail lending and a strong understanding of loan products.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation: Generate business through direct sourcing, channel partners, and market connections to drive consistent lead flow.
Customer Acquisition: Identify customer needs, pitch relevant loan products, and guide applicants through eligibility checks and documentation requirements.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, DSAs, and other stakeholders to support continuous business growth.
Sales Target Achievement: Ensure timely conversions and meet monthly sourcing and disbursement targets for Home Loans and LAP.
Process Coordination: Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams to ensure smooth loan processing and quick turnaround times.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and pricing to strengthen sales positioning and strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in Home Loan / Housing Loan / LAP sales
Strong product knowledge and customer-handling skills
Good negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
Proven ability to achieve sales and disbursement targets
Graduate in any discipline
