Salesforce Developer – Service Cloud

What you’ll do
Roles and Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Service Cloud.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality products.
Troubleshoot issues related to Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components.
Develop custom integrations with MuleSoft Integration Platform for seamless data exchange.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development.
Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in Salesforce Development (Service Cloud) with expertise in Omni Channel architecture.
Bachelor’s degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E.).
Strong understanding of SQL queries and ability to write efficient code using Apex programming language.
Proficiency in developing custom apps on the AppExchange platform.
