Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Sales Cloud (C4C) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the design, customization, and configuration of SAP Sales Cloud / C4C solutions, with proven hands-on experience in Lead Management and Opportunity Management processes

Key Responsibilities

Design, customize, and configure SAP Sales Cloud (C4C) solutions to meet business needs.
Good knowledge of business Processes related to Marketing, Sales and Services.
Design, customize, configure and testing of C4C solution.
Implement and support Lead Management and Opportunity Management functionalities.
Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Develop customizations, extensions, and enhancements using SAP Cloud Application Studio (PDI/SDK).
Configure workflows, business rules, and UI layouts within C4C.
Integrate SAP Sales Cloud with SAP ERP/CRM and third-party applications via OData/REST APIs or middleware.
Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of changes.
Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and performance optimization.
Maintain documentation and contribute to solution best practices.
Must-Have Skills

Strong experience in designing, customizing, and configuring SAP Sales Cloud Solution V2 with integration with BTP solutions.
In-depth knowledge of Lead Management and Opportunity Management processes.
Deep understanding on SAP BTP Architecture for side by side extensions with SAP Sales and Service cloud V2.
Hands-on experience with SDK (PDI), SAP Cloud Application Studio, and UI Designer.
Proficiency in workflow configuration, business rules, and data migration tools (Data Workbench).
Strong knowledge of OData/REST APIs for integration.
Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with CRM ABAP for backend customization and integration.
Exposure to SAP Service Cloud
Knowledge of SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration).
Exposure to SAP BTP extensions and custom app development.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
