We are currently seeking a Scrum master/Project Manager” to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases and methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Kanban to guide development and delivery.

At high level grasp of the technical aspects of the projects, including software development experience , IT infrastructure.

Thorough understanding of the Scrum principles, values, roles, events; Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, and artifacts Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Increment.

Knowledge of tools like version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and specialized areas like cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and DevOps can be beneficial for supporting the team effectively.

Proactively identifying challenges, analysing root causes, evaluating options, and making timely and informed decisions to keep the project on track are essential skills.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and managing their expectations.

Adjusting plans and strategies in response to changing project requirements, technical challenges, or shifting priorities.

skilfully negotiating with stakeholders, vendors, and team members to resolve conflicts and ensure project success.

Identifying potential risks (internal and external), assessing their impact, and developing strategies to prevent or minimize their effects is crucial for project success.

Strong Communication skills to clearly and effectively conveying information to the team and stakeholders, facilitating discussions, and ensuring shared understanding.
