What you’ll do
Experience: 7-10 years

Responsibilities

Conceptualize and produce motion graphics and animations including ads, tutorials, explainers, reels, and event content.
Lead end-to-end video production from storyboarding to editing, sound design, animation, and delivery.
Translate complex ideas into simple, engaging, and visually appealing storytelling.
Ensure brand consistency while introducing fresh, innovative visuals.
Collaborate with product, growth, content, and design teams on creative direction.
Mentor junior editors and designers, setting high creative standards.
Utilize AI tools (Runway ML, Pika Labs, Topaz Video AI, Synthesia) to optimize production.
Experiment with 2D/3D animation, kinetic typography, and cinematic storytelling.
Adapt content for short-form, long-form, social, and interactive formats.
Stay updated on industry trends in video editing, animation, and AI-driven production.
Success Metrics

Increased video engagement, watch time, and audience retention.
Improved conversions through video-led campaigns.

Requirements

7-10 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, animation, and post-production.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools (Runway ML, Pika Labs, Topaz Video AI, Synthesia).
Strong skills in motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, kinetic typography, and storytelling.
Expertise in color grading, sound design, and cinematic pacing.
Experience creating video content for SaaS, B2B, or tech marketing.
Detail-oriented with a blend of creativity and strategic thinking.
Preferred Skills

Experience with AI avatars/voiceovers, Blender/Cinema4D, video SEO.
Graphic design knowledge (Photoshop, Illustrator).
