What you’ll do
Location: Mumbai Goregoan

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management
Process monthly payroll for all employees ensuring accuracy in salary computation, deductions, and allowances.
Maintain and update employee payroll records, attendance, and leave data.
Handle new joiner, transfer, and exit payroll adjustments.
Compliance & Statutory Requirements
Calculate and process statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, etc.).
File statutory returns and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
Coordinate with finance and HR teams for audit requirements and statutory inspections.
Data & Reporting
Prepare payroll reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly) for management review.
Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions for audit purposes.
Reconcile payroll with accounting records.
Employee Support
Address payroll-related queries from employees in a timely manner.
Issue payslips, tax computation statements, and other payroll-related documents.
Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce, HR, Accounting, or related field.
Experience:7-10 years of payroll processing experience (preferred in [industry, if applicable]).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ADP, greytHR, etc.).
Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
Knowledge:
Understanding of payroll processes, statutory deductions, and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with labor laws and tax regulations.
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
High level of confidentiality and integrity.

Accuracy rate in payroll processing.
Timely disbursement of salaries.
Compliance with statutory filing deadlines.
