What you’ll do
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets. You will build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored LCV solutions. Your expertise in sales and marketing will contribute to the overall success of our LCV business.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or financial industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building a strong client base.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
Ability to work independently and manage a diverse sales portfolio.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel for business purposes.
Familiarity with LCV products and the automotive market is an advantage.
Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
Generate new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify sales trends.
Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies for the LCV segment.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional campaigns.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term partnerships.
Stay updated with industry developments and LCV product knowledge.
Achieve individual and team sales targets as per the business plan.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports.
Attend industry events and network with potential clients and partners.
