Ensure that all branches adhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethics Provide guidance and support to branch managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to branch managers and staff Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and initiatives to drive customer traffic and increase sales Foster a positive and motivating work environment, promoting teamwork and individual growth within the branch locations Plan and execute Below-the-Line (BTL) or PR activities to increase footfall and brand visibility. Conduct internal training sessions for the sales staff, covering product knowledge, grooming, new launch schemes, and competitor analysis. Ensure all SOPs are followed at branches Preferred candidate profile Minimum of 7 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury goods and jewelry. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and staff members. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising techniques.
