What you’ll do
Manufacturing Industry – Cable/Electrical

Location: Remote

Timing for this role : USA Shift – 7:00pm to 3:00am

Role & responsibilities : Sales Order Management: Validate Pricing in PO and all other T&C, Provide order acceptance, share delivery timeline to customer. Ensure all the prices entered in Fishbowl are

as per policy and if not, SPA document is provided.

Sales Order Management: Prepare/Approve Sales Orders (SO) in Fishbow based on customer POs and specifications and ensure timely execution.

Coordination with Production planning and QC: Follow up with Production and Quality Control (QC) teams for updates on manufacturing status, Provide regular updates to

logistics on production timelines and container planning as per the JCD

Dispatch & Logistics Coordination: Prepare dispatch instructions for logistics, including timelines, packaging details, and necessary documentation, provide required shipment

details to agent, Update dispatch instructions in SAP and ensure timely execution.

Shipping Documentation & Communication: Prepare and share commercial documents with agents/customers (Commercial Bill, Certificate of Origin, Packing List, Bill of

Lading), Provide customers with weekly shipment status reports and ensure prompt delivery tracking.

Payment & Invoice Management: Verify payment terms and ensure proper action is taken for customer payments, Share billing invoices with customers’ payment teams and

follow up on payments as required, Follow up with the customer when the invoice is due and ensure timely collections.

Customer Support & Complaint Handling: Schedule and conduct regular meetings with consignment agents for order execution updates and issue resolution, Handle customer

complaints related to damaged goods, delayed shipments, and delivery issues, Coordinate with QC to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complaints, assess the value

impact, and seek management approval for resolution, Confirm resolution with customers and ensure closure of complaints.

MIS and Reporting: Ensure timely follow-up on Proof of Delivery (POD) with logistics and share with the customer, Maintain up-to-date records of customer orders, sales,

shipments, payments, and complaints. Share regular updates with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth order execution.

Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory in US Warehouse, in transit and in production. Allocate stocks in Fishbowl against existing pending orders. Prepare and

circualte daily Free stock report. Raise timely stock order request for stock replenishment and ensure minimum stockout.
