Job Description VP – Sales & Marketing

Lead the B2C Ethical Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing function in the formulation segment.
Manage and lead a team of 200+ Medical Representatives (MRs) across India.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemist shops, retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
Handle a business portfolio of minimum 50 Cr per annum.
Develop and execute strategic sales & marketing plans to drive business growth.
Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and market share expansion.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs for strategic adjustments.
Strong experience in managing North India territory with deep understanding of regional market dynamics.
Focus on business development, brand visibility, team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and performance management.
