Position: Vice President – Sales
Industry: Battery Manufacturing (Lead-Acid / Lithium-ion / Energy Storage Solutions)
Location: Sultanpur
Reports To: Managing Director / CEO
Role Overview
The Vice President – Sales will be responsible for leading the overall sales strategy, revenue growth, dealer/distributor management, and market expansion for the company’s battery division. This role demands deep industry knowledge, leadership skills, and proven expertise in driving sales in the battery and energy storage industry.
Job Description:
Enterprising professional with experience across Sales & Marketing, Distribution Management, Business Development, P&L Management, Collections and related operations.
Leader & Organizational Change Agent, delivering business results focused on improving business processes to improve reliability, increase simplicity, and enable scalable growth.
Steering efforts towards maximizing corporate performance and driving growth in line with parameters specified.
Driving initiatives towards enhancing market share and value in domestic markets.
Directing key operations across brand building, trade development and expansion of customer base.
Performing monthly sales forecasting and competitive analysis for determining accurate performance levels and needs for growing the current and additional vertical markets and product categories.
Developing, reviewing and reporting the business development division strategy and ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the team.
Impacting profitability through effective strategic management decisions and new business development.
Steering business operations for the profit center with a view to realize pre-planning sales and revenue targets; formulating profit center budget for operational/ business development activities.
Framing and implementing yearly business strategies to ensure attainment of revenue goals & profitable sell through.
Supervise overall Sales and business development operations and steered efforts towards increasing profitability.
Formulate long-term and short-term plans for overall development & accomplishment of top/bottom-line profitability.
Innovative ideas to tackle the ever-increasing competition from organized and unorganized structures.
Direct competitor analysis by keeping updated of market trends and competitor moves.

Qualifications & Experience
MBA / PG in Sales & Marketing (preferred).
