What you’ll do
We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our sales and growth team at Squareops, driving business expansion and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in the IT Services & Consulting industry.
Roles and Responsibility
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure success.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity, informing sales strategies and tactics.
Identify and pursue new business development opportunities, expanding the company’s customer base.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with clients and stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex data sets and inform business decisions.
Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies, driving revenue growth.
