Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven individuals to join our Demat Account Activation Team. You will be responsible for assisting clients in opening their Demat accounts, verifying documents, handling queries, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process with our partnered brokers like Alice Blue and others.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact and follow up with leads interested in opening a Demat account.
Guide customers through the account opening process (online/offline).
Collect, verify, and upload KYC documents.
Ensure complete and error-free documentation.
Resolve client queries related to Demat account features and processes.
Coordinate with brokerage backend teams for approval and issue resolution.
Maintain daily reports of account activations and lead status.
Work closely with the sales, support, and training teams to convert leads into active traders.
Required Skills:

Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
Basic understanding of stock market and trading platforms is a plus.
Knowledge of KYC norms and Demat procedures is an advantage.
Proficient in using computers, CRMs, and mobile apps.
Customer-centric approach and problem-solving attitude.
Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
Certification in finance or stock market courses is a plus (optional).
Freshers and candidates with sales/BPO/finance background are encouraged to apply.
