Inside sales specialist

We’re seeking an entrepreneurial, mid‑level Sales Consultant to join us on a part‑time/fulltime basis. You will own end‑to‑end prospecting and deal‑closure activities—generating leads through outbound outreach and turning those conversations into signed contracts. Your efforts will directly contribute to Shelorve’s revenue growth in the US market.Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting & Engagement
Execute ~25 targeted contact attempts per week via phone, email, and LinkedIn (≈100/month).
Maintain a 70–80% follow‑up rate on initial contacts within 3–5 days.
Schedule 2–3 qualified introductory meetings per week (8–12/month).
Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management
Identify and qualify 3–4 leads/month in the first 3 months; ramp to 4–5/month thereafter.
Ensure each lead meets firmographic (industry, company size, geography) and BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria.
Maintain a healthy pipeline.
Deal Closure & Revenue Generation
Close 1–2 deals per month, converting 20–30% of qualified leads.
Reporting & Collaboration
Provide weekly activity updates (outreach, follow‑ups, meetings) via our CRM.
Participate in monthly performance reviews to refine strategy and targets.
Work closely with our delivery and marketing teams to tailor pitches and proposals.
Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of B2B sales experience in IT services (data science, software development, staff augmentation, or cloud).
Proven track record of outbound prospecting and closing deals with North American clients.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Bitrix24) for activity tracking and reporting.
Strong consultative selling skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 – ₹120,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 per week
