Telecaller (Freshers Welcome)

About the Company:

PAC Solution Web Technology is a fast-growing IT and Web Services company, helping businesses establish and grow their digital presence. We are currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our services
Answer customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
Schedule appointments and follow up on leads
Maintain daily call reports and CRM updates
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams
Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
Freshers are welcome – training will be provided
Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and persuasive skills
