Telesales Executive (Remote – Salon Services)

We are hiring Part-Time Telesales Executives to promote premium salon services, primarily Hair Extensions (₹10,000 – ₹36,000 range). This is a performance-based remote role with fixed salary + high incentives based on confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

Call & follow up with leads provided by us (no cold calling).
Explain salon services professionally (mainly Hair Extensions).
Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments.
Maintain accurate WhatsApp labels and call summaries.
Handle 80–100 calls daily (including follow-ups).
Maintain professionalism and clarity in communication.
Salary & Incentives:

Fixed salary and incentives are performance-based.
As your total monthly sales increase, your fixed salary also increases.
Incentives start at 5% per sale, going up to 10%.
Additional Details:

Work Location: Remote
Working Hours: Flexible (daily call targets must be met)
Training Period: 15 days to 1 month (salary applicable)
Payment Cycle: 1st week of every month
SIM Provided: ₹500 refundable security deposit
Tools Provided: Training videos, call scripts, CRM instructions
