What you’ll do
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Costing Manager to lead and manage all costing and cost-control functions within our organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, hands-on expertise in manufacturing costing, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to drive cost optimization and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the overall costing function, ensuring accuracy in product costing, standard costing, and cost analysis.
Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs; identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
Prepare detailed cost sheets, cost statements, and variance reports for management review.
Review and update standard costs periodically.
Work closely with production, procurement, and finance teams to maintain cost transparency.
Develop costing models and tools to support data-driven decision-making.
Ensure compliance with ICWA standards, audit requirements, and internal policies.
Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Conduct cost audits and implement corrective actions to maintain cost control discipline.
Required Skills & Qualifications

ICWA-qualified professional with 8 – 15 years of relevant costing experience.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing/industrial costing methodologies.
Expertise in standard costing, variance analysis, and budgeting.
Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work within strict timelines.

Prior experience in leading or managing a team.
Strong business acumen with a process-oriented approach.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive cost efficiency initiatives.
