What you’ll do
Only candidates with hands-on experience building WhatsApp & Email automation for eCommerce brands should apply. Freshers & support-only profiles will not be considered.
We are a fast-growing D2C Fashion Jewellery & General Merchandise brand with strong paid acquisition via Google & Meta. We are now building a serious retention engine to grow repeat purchases, LTV, and profitability using WhatsApp & Email automation.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a hands-on CRM & Retention Marketing Manager who can own, build, optimize, and scale our entire WhatsApp & Email marketing ecosystem. This role directly impacts repeat revenue and profit.
This is NOT a customer support role it is a revenue-focused automation & lifecycle marketing role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
WhatsApp Marketing & Automation
Build and optimize:
Abandoned cart recovery
Browse abandonment
COD confirmation & NDR recovery
Order updates & delivery flows
Post-purchase upsell & cross-sell flows
Manage WhatsApp tools like:
Interakt, WATI, AiSensy, Gupshup, etc.
Run broadcast campaigns for:
New launches
Offers
Festive sales
Optimize:
Opt-in rates
Delivery rates
Click-through & revenue per broadcast
Email Marketing & Lifecycle Automation
Own and optimize:
Welcome series
Abandoned cart flows
Post-purchase nurture
Win-back & reactivation flows
Plan & execute:
Weekly campaigns
Sale promotions
Product drops
Work on:
Segmentation (new vs repeat, high LTV, VIPs)
List hygiene & deliverability
Open rate, CTR & revenue per email
CRM, Data & Integration
Integrate WhatsApp & Email tools with:
Shopify / WooCommerce
Payment gateways
Logistics & COD systems
Work with:
Customer data
Funnel tracking
LTV & repeat purchase analysis
Coordinate with:
Google Ads team
Meta Ads team
Creative & tech teams
Growth & Optimization
Increase:
Repeat purchase rate
Revenue from CRM

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (DO NOT APPLY IF THESE ARE MISSING)
3-6 years hands-on experience in Email & WhatsApp Marketing
Experience with at least one WhatsApp API platform (Interakt, WATI, AiSensy, etc.)
Experience with one or more email platforms:
Klaviyo, WebEngage, MoEngage, Mailchimp, etc.
Strong understanding of:
Automation flows
Segmentation
CRM revenue reporting
Experience in eCommerce / D2C brands
Comfort working with:
Data
Funnels
Revenue attribution
