We are Hiring for GM Sales and Markeitng – Business Development for our Tier 1 Hyundai Supplier in Coimbatore for Energetic Candidates joining our Foundry Manufacturing.

Experience: 15 to 24 Years in Castings & Forgings, Sheetmetal , Fabrication,

Reports To: Head Sales & Marketing

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Business Development professional to drive growth for our iron castings and forgings,Machining, Sheetmetal , Fabrication product lines across domestic and global markets. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of, strong B2B relationship-building skills, and proven experience in serving OEMs and Tier-1 customers in automotive, off-highway, hydraulics, and industrial sectors.

Components – Foundry, Casting, Machine Shop – Forging – Machineshop – Sheetmetal – Fabrication – Casting –

Key Responsibilities:

Market Development & Sales Growth
Identify and develop new business opportunities for castings and forgings in India and international markets.
Drive revenue growth by targeting automotive, earthmoving, hydraulics, agricultural, and wind energy sectors.
Achieve sales targets through key account management, lead conversion, and pricing strategy.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and global sourcing teams.
Serve as a key liaison between the customer and internal teams (engineering, production, QA).
Technical & Commercial Proposals
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to prepare cost-effective, technically accurate RFQs and proposals.
Ensure alignment with customer specifications, including foundry process suitability, material grade, tolerance, and finish requirements.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Monitor industry trends, customer developments, competitor activities, and pricing benchmarks.
Prepare business forecasts, product penetration strategies, and market entry plans.
Trade Shows & Branding
Represent the company at national/international trade exhibitions, technical conferences, and customer audits.
Support brand positioning of as a preferred casting/forging solutions provider.
Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production Engineering; MBA (Marketing) preferred.
715 years of experience in B2B sales/business development in ferrous castings and/or forgings..
Familiarity with forging processes (open die, closed die, upset forging) is a plus.
Strong technical aptitude, cost analysis capability, and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willing to travel frequently across India and overseas.
