What you’ll do

Sales Team leader

Job description:

To lead the Calling Team to achieve Calling Targets, responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. Be a good example and engage the team to achieve goals

Roles and Responsibilities

Train and Coach, the Sales Team
Handling team of 5 to 10 counselors (Callers) and driving admissions for Online courses
Need to connect with interested leads given by Sales team on Zoom call to explain them about Online courses whatever the course they interested
Provide help and second voice to the sales team to help them achieve their targets
Set goals and measure/audit performance of each team member
Develop sales target for each of the team member and explain them the same with deadlines
Measure daily, weekly, monthly performance trends of each team member and take corrective actions to match the organization’s expectations
Conduct daily team hurdles to brief the team on the team and individual targets
Motivate team members to meet and exceed targets
Initiate Performance Improvement Plans for regular non-performers and provide training interventions, feedback in coordination with the Training Manager
Audit calls, emails to ensure productivity and 100% compliance to processes for each team member
Conducting training OJT for new team members.

At least 3 years of experience as Sales Team Lead preferably Edtech domain.
