Participate in end-to-end implementations, migrations, and rollouts of SAP S/4HANA Customer ServiceGather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and design system solutionsTransfer business requirements into functional specification and take it through complete life cycle of development from blueprint to go live starting with identification of gapsConfigure the system to align with business processesWrite Test cases and undertake testing, collaborate with business for the Acceptance testingWork with ABAP and Fiori developers to design custom solutions and enhancementsMapping and transformation of data fields from source (legacy system) to S/4HANA, migration activities and validating the loaded dataShould have at least one end to end implementation projects in S/4HANASound Knowledge in S/4HANA simplifications in Customer Service Additional Responsibilities:
Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant dataAwareness of latest technologies and trendsLogical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborateAbility to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions One or two industry domain knowledge SAP Certification will be added advantage.Location of posting – Infosys Ltd. is committed to ensuring you have the best experience throughout your journey with us.
