Job Description

The Zonal Sales Manager is responsible for handling loan sales for the assigned zone. The role includes managing teams, achieving business targets, building channels, and ensuring smooth loan processing. The candidate must have good experience in Home Loans, LAP, and Mortgage Loan sales.

Responsibilities

Achieve the monthly and quarterly business targets for Home Loans, LAP, and other loan products.
Handle and support Regional Managers, Branch Managers, and Sales Executives.
Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, builders, and channel partners.
Increase business from new and existing markets.
Monitor daily business performance and ensure quality sourcing.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams for file processing.
Ensure all KYC and documents are correct as per compliance.
Share daily and monthly MIS reports with management.
Requirements

Graduation / MBA preferred.
8+ years of experience in Loan Sales (Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage).
Should have experience in handling teams and multiple branches.
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of loan products and market trends.
Salary Structure
Target-Based Salary: As per company standards.
Variable Salary: Based on zone performance, productivity, and portfolio quality.
Incentives: Monthly/quarterly incentives for exceeding targets and bringing quality business.
