Outbound Lead Generation Specialist
Position: Outbound Lead Generation Specialist
Type: Full-Time (Work from Home)
Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month
Timings: Day Shift | Flexible Working Hours
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential leads through LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels
Build prospect lists and manage lead data in CRM tools
Craft compelling outreach messages and follow-up sequences
Book qualified meetings for the sales team
Track response rates, optimize outreach strategies, and report on performance
Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach with company goals
Requirements:
Proven experience in outbound lead generation or sales development
Excellent written communication skills (especially for cold emails/LinkedIn)
Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Instantly, Hunter, Sales Navigator, etc.
Self-motivated and target-driven
Strong research and organization skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Bonus if you have:
Experience working in an agency or B2B SaaS company
Understanding of the digital marketing landscape
