We have an opening for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts of the company, reporting directly to the company leadership. The position involves assuming complete responsibility to help evolve and oversee marketing strategies involving product development, pricing, distribution and all promotional activities, as well as directly handling all day-to-day marketing activities to ensure smooth and timely implementation in coordination with sales, finance, HR and production departments and all external resources such as market research, communication agencies, e-commerce platforms and all other relevant vendors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Management & Promotion
Assist in developing and executing marketing plans for assigned product categories.
Support new product launches, packaging updates, and promotional campaigns.
Work with creative, media, digital, and PR agencies to develop impactful campaigns.
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct regular market research to identify consumer needs, emerging trends, and competitor activities.
Provide insights and recommendations to guide brand and product strategies.
Sales & Trade Marketing Support
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure consistent brand presence across channels (modern trade, general trade, e-commerce).
Plan and execute trade promotions, in-store displays, and point-of-sale materials.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
Manage brand presence on digital platforms including social media, e-commerce listings, and influencer campaigns.
Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for higher engagement and ROI.
Event & Activation Management
Organize product sampling, sponsorships, and brand activation events.
Coordinate participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Track key marketing KPIs (brand awareness, market share, sales uplift from promotions).
Prepare periodic reports and presentations for management review.
Budget & ROI Management
Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure measurable impact of initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
812 years of experience in marketing, most of it in FMCG or consumer products marketing.
Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, branding, and trade marketing.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally.
