Site Engineer (Interiors)

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality execution of commercial fit-out works.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Review and interpret design drawings and BOQs, ensuring on-ground implementation as per approved plans.
Oversee site execution activities including civil, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry work.
Maintain project timelines, monitor progress, and highlight delays or risks to the project manager.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality parameters, and compliance protocols on site.
Track and verify materials, resources, and manpower requirements at the site.
Prepare site reports, daily progress updates, and assist in billing and documentation.
Ensure smooth coordination between multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in project execution and site supervision in commercial interior fit-out projects.
Working knowledge of civil construction, MEP coordination, and material specifications.
Proficiency in reading AutoCAD drawings and interpreting layouts.
Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willing to travel across multiple sites within Bangalore as required.
