Job Title: Assistant Manager – Human Resource

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager HR to support and
strengthen our human resources function. The ideal candidate will play a key role in
driving HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, and
recruitment efforts, while ensuring compliance with policies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of HR strategies aligned with business goals
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various functions
Manage onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new employees
Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution in a timely and
professional manner
Monitor and manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination with relevant
teams
Managing developing and executing employee engagement and training
initiatives
Maintain and update HR records, employee data, and documentation
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Generate HR reports and dashboards for management review

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field
3+years of progressive experience in core HR functions
Sound knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and employee relations
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
