Data Entry Operator Alternative Business Intelligence

Basic criteria:

• Ready to work in early shift (3:00am)

• Ready to work for a non-voice job.

• Language: Fluent English

• Change Management: Ability to efficiently adapt to changes

• Typing speed 50words/min

• Should have exhibited accountability, ownership, and decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Type PDF bank Statements and complete them within the Stipulated TAT.

• Check for possibilities for converting PDF bank statements received and convert using tools provided by the company.

• Assess Bank Statements across all formats received and analyze the Key areas that need to be highlighted in the CAM.

• Updating Sales Force with all the relevant details required to process a claim. Update Veda alerts daily for all the funded loans.

• Candidate should be flexible to work an early shift, starting from 3 AM.

• Hands-on experience in the KYC document verification process preferred

• Experience working on MS Office and knowledge of preparation of weekly and monthly MIS.

• Flexible, resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, and adaptable to a high-change environment. Support management and business decisions
