Job Title: Head .
Function / Department: Quality.
Qualification : BE or Diploma – Mechanical / Metallurgist.
Desired Experience : Above 15 years in Quality Department.
Key Skills Required:
Good exposure on QMS/Statistics
Hands on experience on handling customer complaints
7QC tools, six sigma, 8D and other problem-solving tools.
Exposure on ISO/TS TPM 5s, PPAP, FEMA, MSA, SPC, POKAYOKE and ISO.
Exposure on NC parts handling
RCA/CAPA
Knowledge on special processes qualification, validation, layout inspection etc
Exposure to MIS preperations+F10
Knowledge on instruments and gauges, measuring concepts.
Good at reading drawing and GD&T
Knowledge on material properties. Etc…
